Are your seasonings really salt-free?

Yes! Every blend in our lineup is 100% salt-free. We rely on bold herbs, spices, citrus, and aromatics so you can season the way you like — without the sodium.

How do I use them?

Sprinkle generously on meats, seafood, veggies, or popcorn. Let rest a few minutes before cooking for the best flavor. Each blend has suggested uses on the label.

How long do they last?

Stored sealed in a cool dry place, our blends keep their full flavor for about 12 months. They won't go bad — just less punchy — after that.
